Routine inspection and testing is a vital part of your building’s wiring structure and maintenance. Often referred to as either Periodic Inspection and Testing, Fixed Wiring Electrical Testing or more recently Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR).

This type of inspection and testing is critical for employers and landlords as it highlights any potential problems you may not be aware of. Tests take place not only to meet the legal requirements they also provide you with peace of mind that your electrical system is safe and that complete.

The current Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) requirements meet:

• Electricity at Work Regulations Act 1989
• Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
